Pickup Policy
If you selected pickup, please arrive during your chosen pickup window.
If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee accommodation outside posted pickup times.
Orders not picked up on time may be subject to reduced quality, limited holding time, or cancellation without refund for perishable items.
Product Storage & Preparation
Frozen Pizzas and Frozen Products
Keep frozen until ready to use. Store in the freezer immediately after pickup or delivery.
Refrigerated Items
Keep refrigerated and consume by the recommended date.
Pizza Kits
Pizza kits should be stored according to the instructions included with your order. Dough, cheese, sauce, and toppings must be kept properly chilled or frozen until use.
Food Safety
Once products leave our care, proper storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility.
Allergens & Ingredients Notice
