Due to the nature of food products, all food sales are final and we do not accept returns on perishable or frozen items.
That said, if there is a problem with your order, we want to hear about it.
Please contact us if:
- your order is incorrect
- an item is missing
- your order arrives damaged
- there is a quality issue with your product
To report an issue, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and include:
- your name
- order number
- a description of the issue
- photos, if applicable
When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund at our discretion
